Stuart Coxe

Founder and President - Antica Productions

Professional Bio

Stuart Coxe is the founder and President of Antica Productions. He started his career as a journalist and documentarian for CBC in Canada, where he was the executive producer of the nightly national news show, "The National." From there he went into reality TV and Docs - starting both "Dragons' Den" in Canada, and then "Shark Tank" in the US. His company Antica Productions has produced multiple shows and formats over the years, and got into podcasting in 2015 when it sold a proto-podcast network to eOne which had successes like "Our Fake History" and "Sickboy". Since then Antica has continued producing feature docs and series but has focussed on podcasting. Shows include "Do you know Mordechai?" (UCP), "Artbust" (UCP), "7 Truths" (Audible) and work with multiple collaborators from the Black Eyed Peas, Kevin O'Leary, Mandy Patinkin, and Emmanuel Acho. Currently, Antica produces more than 20 podcast series a year with a variety of partners in the US, the UK, and Canada - and has TV adaptations announced for a number of its projects - including "Death's Broker" with Jason Bateman's Aggregate Productions. In 2021 Antica announced it had invested in Jago Lee's Telltale Productions, based in London, with which it has a number of shows currently in development and production.
