She also works closely with All3Media’s COO, Sara Geater, to identify and develop individual creatives with great potential._ Anouk and her team are committed to discovering and empowering talent and are actively involved in a range of industry initiatives, supporting people from underrepresented groups who are looking to start and progress their careers, or those who may be returning to work. Before moving into talent management, Anouk worked as a freelance TV producer for over 15 years across a range of genres, from popular documentaries, factual entertainment and reality TV shows to prime-time entertainment._ She started her career in regional television, moving to Granada in London to help launch the hit ITV daytime show Loose Women._ She then moved to the features department producing the successful investigative …from Hell series and House of Horrors._ She subsequently produced large-scale, ambitious projects such as The Match (SKY1) and Only Fools On Horses (Sport Relief, BBC One) and also helped launch BBC One’s new Saturday night format Last Choir Standing.
